A professional engineer licensed in the states of Indiana and Ohio with more than 40 years' experience, Jamal lends his expertise to local agency representatives such as mayors, councils, and county commissioners helping them identify community needs and develop the scope of work necessary to ensure those needs are met. He also assists with identifying and securing sources of funding, enabling small communities to access the resources necessary to complete important roadway and infrastructure improvement projects.
