Daniel joined the A&Z construction inspection department in the summer of 2023.Daniel brings with him 30 years experience in safe, successful, and efficient project management. Before joining A&Z, he served as a Manufacturing Production Manager for Clarios (formerly Johnson Controls) where he lead the Fort Wayne Plant to achieving Best Business Practice distinction. During this time, he managed two departments; responsibilities included
- Standard, Environmental, and Safety Compliance
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Goal Setting and Performance Appraisal
- Collaboration with Multiple Departments
- Machine Efficiency and Production Capacity
- Scheduling and Milestone Management
- Training all Personnel (New Hires and Continuing Education)
