With more than 300 years of combined design and construction inspection experience, Under the leadership of Warren Zwick, PE and Jamal Anabtawi, PE, A&Z puts the client's satisfaction and public's safety at the forefront of each project.

Jamal is the co-owner and director of business development for A&Z. A professional engineer licensed in the states of Indiana and Ohio with more than 40 years' experience, Jamal lends his expertise to local agency representatives such as mayors, councils, and county commissioners helping them identify community needs and develop the scope of work necessary to ensure those needs are met. He also assists with identifying and securing sources of funding, enabling small communities to access the resources necessary to complete important roadway and infrastructure improvement projects.

Landon joined A&Z Engineering in December of 2017 as a graduate engineer and is now a vice president of the company. In addition to being a skilled design engineer, Landon is also an experienced project manager. He has facilitated several INDOT/LPA projects that require much attention and time. Landon also helps LPA clients navigate the INDOT process and secure funding for much-needed infrastructure and transportation projects. His background in water/wastewater design, land surveying and construction management lends itself well to being a well-rounded engineer and project manager.

Mark is Vice President and the head of A&Z's construction department. In this administrative role, Mark draws on his 23 years experience as an RPR to monitor, review, and assist with invoicing, balancing, and managing budgets for all A&Z projects. Additionally, Mark serves as the main liaison between contractors, design engineers, utilities, the public, and all other interested parties for A&Z observation contracts. He utilizes his on-site experience to keep knowledgeable and open communication among residents, homeowners, project owners, and funding entities.

Warren is the co-owner and the engineering manager for A&Z Transportation Department. Warren is an Indiana licensed Professional Engineering since 1991, and a Purdue University Graduate. Warren has over 30 years of experience including a broad range of projects for both public and private clients, local, state and federal agencies all with varied funding sources. Warren is currently responsible for project development and performance for all projects.

Warren has worked on many civil and transportation projects including: infrastructure improvements, roadway reconstruction and rehabilitation, intersection improvements, traffic signalization, trailways, and public transit facilities.

His varied project and design experience includes: transportation planning, cost estimating, engineering studies and reports, traffic control and phasing, conducting public meetings and hearings, utility coordination, budget and schedule control, permitting, right-of-way engineering, bid documents, and construction administration.
