TRANSPORTATION CONSULTANT
Elias is A&Z's Senior Transportation Consultant, and is an Indiana Institute of Technology graduate with over 40 years of professional experience in Transportation Planning and chaired the Indiana Metropolitan Planning Organization for 14 yrs. Elias is a recipient of the prestigious Councils of the Sagamores of the Wabash, which is the highest award the Governor of Indiana can issue. Elias' responsibilities include assisting local government agencies, developers, local non-profit citizen groups, colleges and universities in defining project needs, goals, and discussing the ideas with the local legislators for their input. Introducing the scope of work to the public, and assisting the community in obtaining the available funds for transportation projects is one of his key strengths.
