Pamela specializes in Transportation, Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater, Community Development Projects, Trails and Multimodal Transportation, Right-of-Way Plans, Design Submittal Plans, Private Development, Commercial Development, Subdivisions, DOT Design and Construction (WisDOT, INDOT), and Quantity Calculations. Pamela is a Senior Designer, Project Task Manager, and Construction Administrator responsible for design of multiple projects with various degrees of complexity. Ms. Davenport has amassed over 18 years of experience in civil engineering, primarily in the field of transportation. She is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010-2018, INDOT SiteManager, City of Fort Wayne Project Management Information System (PMIS). She authored, designed and produced company CAD Standards with past firms. Her work is exemplary, and she is a mentor to many.
