Engineers Week 2026 celebrates the impact of engineers nationwide. A&Z Engineering supports infrastructure improvement and STEM outreach across Northern Indiana.
Engineers Week 2026, celebrated February 22–28, recognizes the role engineers play in strengthening communities and shaping the future. This year’s national theme, “Transform Your Future,” highlights how engineering creates opportunity, innovation, and long-term impact.
At A&Z Engineering, that mission begins locally.
As a civil engineering and surveying firm serving Northern Indiana, our work focuses on infrastructure that supports daily life — including roadway design, pedestrian facilities, stormwater management, utility coordination, construction inspection services, and land development.

In recognition of Engineers Week 2026, members of the A&Z Engineering team are volunteering in classrooms within the Fort Wayne Community Schools district and the LaPorte school district. By introducing students to careers in civil engineering, infrastructure design, and STEM fields, we aim to inspire the next generation of problem-solvers.
Early exposure to engineering helps students understand how infrastructure shapes their everyday experiences — from the roads they travel to the water systems that serve their homes.
Supporting future engineers is one way we help “transform the future” beyond the projects we design.
