Site Development in Steuben County
A&Z Engineering provided site and civil design services for the LKB Storage Facilities development in Angola, Indiana. Delivered as a phased project, Phase I established the initial site layout, access drives, utilities, and stormwater infrastructure. Phase II is currently in progress and expands the facility to increase storage capacity while improving site circulation and overall functionality. The design ensures seamless integration between phases, supporting long-term performance, durability, and ease of maintenance.
