Construction (Contractor: S&S Directional Boring, Ldt.) included multiple phases along Pettit Avenue, Anthony Boulevard, Paulding Road, and surrounding streets, requiring extensive coordination with utility owners, traffic control operations, businesses, and residents. A&Z inspectors provided daily oversight, material tracking, testing coordination, documentation, and construction administration services throughout the project.
