From preliminary studies through design services and construction inspection, A&Z Engineering worked with the Town of Winona Lake to deliver a modern roundabout at Argonne Road, Winona Avenue, Kings Highway, and Park Avenue. The improvements ensure the intersection can accommodate future traffic growth, enhance safety, and provide reliable access for emergency vehicles and school buses. In addition to transportation benefits, the roundabout strengthens the community by serving as a gateway into “The Village at Winona,” a hub of shopping, dining, and entertainment.
