Andy Bearman

Andy brings more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering to the firm. Since beginning his career in 2002, Andy has provided comprehensive site development services for educational, commercial, residential, and municipal clients throughout northern and central Indiana. His expertise includes the design of utility systems and athletic facilities, with a strong focus on delivering practical, efficient, and constructible solutions.

Andy is highly proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, particularly in Pipe Networking and 3D Surface Modeling, and utilizes these tools to produce accurate, high-quality designs. His technical skill set also includes hydraulic modeling for storm and sanitary systems, as well as project visualization and planning using Autodesk InfraWorks. Known for his hands-on approach, Andy remains actively involved throughout all phases of a project—from initial planning and design through permitting, coordination, and construction completion—ensuring successful outcomes for clients and project partners alike.
