A&Z designed the site for grading and drainage with building layout provided by the client. Our site plan for the Cedarhurst Senior Center was engineered for construction and approved. A stormwater detention pond was required; detained water will be outlet to an existing pond or to the storm drain system in the roundabout. A&Z and our subconsultant provided permits for this project including Waterway Permits from IDEM 401, Corps of Engineers 404 and Rule 5 submissions and County drainage board.
A&Z was also asked to assist in the approval reviews by the cities of New Haven and Fort Wayne, including special use approval by the board of zoning appeals in New Haven.
