Last week, the Valparaiso office brought their own flavor to our summer cookout series with a menu that included burnt ends, Portillo hot dogs, chicken strips, chips and queso—and yes, Nathan’s slow-cooked ribs absolutely delivered.

If they were missing anything, it might’ve been Italian beef or a tray of pierogis… but that’s what Whiting’s Pierogi Fest in July is for, right?

A big thanks to everyone who helped out and showed up, and especially to Nathan for manning the grill and keeping the ribs (and burnt ends) rolling.

Here’s to summer cookouts, good food, and great people.
