Cheers to Sherry and Eli: 20 Years at A&Z and a Well-Earned Retirement

Today we said farewell—and congratulations—to two people who’ve been part of A&Z since day one: Sherry Anabtawi and Eli Saaman. After 20 years of dedication, leadership, and steady presence, they’re officially retiring.

Sherry and Eli were among the original team who joined A&Z back in 2005. Since then, they’ve seen it all—early projects, growing pains, office moves, new team members, and more acronyms than most people can handle. Through it all, they helped shape the culture and direction of our company, showing up every day with professionalism, patience, and a sense of humor.

We celebrated their last day with a lunch full of stories, laughs, and well-earned recognition. It was a chance to reflect not just on their technical impact—but on how much they’ve meant to our team.

As A&Z celebrates 20 years in business, we’re especially grateful to the people who laid the groundwork—literally and figuratively. Thank you, Sherry and Eli, for being part of this journey from the very beginning. We’ll miss you around the office, but we’re excited to see what retirement brings your way.
