June 23 marks International Women in Engineering Day 2025, a global recognition of the contributions women make across the engineering industry. This year’s theme, #TogetherWeEngineer, focuses on the power of collaboration and inclusion.

At A&Z Engineering, we’re proud to have a growing group of women engineers, inspectors, and designers who contribute daily to our projects across Indiana. From managing stormwater systems to coordinating utility design and keeping construction sites compliant, they bring technical skill, professionalism, and fresh perspective to everything they do.

From early-career professionals to seasoned experts, our team brings skill, curiosity, and leadership to every phase of design and delivery:

Erin Osborne, PE brings over 20 years of experience managing infrastructure design, regulatory compliance, and multidisciplinary teams. With licensure in Indiana, Ohio, Delaware, and Texas, Erin offers big-picture strategy backed by technical depth.

Pamela Davenport has 25 years of experience in private and public civil design. She excels at guiding teams through design and construction challenges and mentoring the next generation of professionals.

Anna Kmec, EI supports roadway and utility design projects across LPA and INDOT programs and manages MS4 compliance at over 40 active sites in Fort Wayne. She recently earned her Certificate in Landscape Design and brings a multi-disciplinary lens to every project.

Drew Parsley contributes to site and roadway design and is certified in utility coordination and MS4. Her work reflects a strong balance of technical knowledge and local insight.

Hallie Price joined A&Z after working in geotechnical and roadway engineering in Florida. Now back in Indiana, she supports civil design while preparing for her FE exam, adding fresh energy and adaptability to our team.
