This summer, A&Z Engineering has had the privilege of working with some incredible interns: Ethan Roy and Trevor Lickey.
Ethan Roy, a civil engineering student at Purdue Fort Wayne, brings a strong academic record as a Chapman Scholar and practical construction experience. In addition to helping in our survey and inspection department this summer, Ethan is a seventh-grade basketball coach and is currently preparing for his wedding this October.
Trevor Lickey is also a civil engineering student at Purdue Fort Wayne, set to graduate in March 2025. He brings valuable real-world experience from six years as a draftsman with Custom Home Designs, where he worked on residential plans, attended site visits, and collaborated closely with contractors. Trevor is especially excited to see how civil engineering is applied in the field and to gain exposure to a wide range of project types during his time at A&Z. This summer, he’s looking to build on his strong foundation in drafting and construction with hands-on experience in infrastructure design.
Both interns are bringing curiosity, focus, and field awareness to their work—and we’re glad to have them with us for the summer!
