Firing Up the Fun: A&Z Kicks Off Grill & Chill Season

We officially kicked off Grill & Chill Wednesdays here at A&Z with a traditional cookout at the office. This casual weekly lunch gives our team a chance to take a break, catch up with coworkers, and enjoy some time together outside of project work.
We started the season with burgers fresh off the grill, and while there’s no formal competition, we have had some friendly rivalries in the past (including a cook-off between Paul and Rob- something we’re looking forward to this year!).
It’s a simple tradition that brings everyone together and reminds us that connection doesn’t always have to be complicated.
We’re looking forward to another great summer of Grill & Chill Wednesdays.
