This project involved a feasibility study, traffic impact study, engineering design, and construction inspection services for the improvements to S.R. 930 (Coliseum Blvd.) and the Memorial Coliseum entrance. The project included the removal of the existing vehicle tunnel to the Coliseum parking lot and replaced it with an at grade intersection with added turn lanes, traffic signals, storm sewers, concrete medians, curb islands, added travel lanes, and a new roadway (Paul Shaffer Dr.) connecting Coliseum Blvd. to California Avenue.
