A&Z has had the privilege of working with CU for the On-Call RPR services since 2010. Over the course of the last four years, our construction inspection team has become proficient in the use of PMIS, knowledgeable in CU standards and procedures, and have developed professional relationships with the CU construction managers. A&Z has implemented an internal training system and process of completing inspection tasks for CU development and capital improvement projects. Our staff has created forms to aid in the efficiency of these tasks and continually thinks of new ways to improve the process to become more efficient. For example, one of our key inspectors, Justin York, was instrumental in modifying the Excel spreadsheets and creating the checklists necessary for the CU lining projects.
