A&Z was the lead design firm for replacement of Allen County Bridge # 116006 over the Hamm Interceptor Ditch. Substantial deterioration caused the existing structure to be at the end of its service life. The superstructure was replaced using single span solid concrete slab superstructure. The substructure is comprised of end bents on piles. The bridge waswidened from the existing 22.5-ft. to 39.0-ft. and the roadway tapered to meet the existing roadway outside of the bridge limits. The bridge spans approximately 44-ft. with a total bridge length of 48-ft.
