Wesley Downing
Wesley is a Senior Engineering Designer and a graduate of ITT Technical Institute of Fort Wayne. He has over 24 years of highway design experience which includes project management, engineering design, construction inspection, and use of AutoCad and Land Development Desktop.
Wesley’s roadway design experience includes intersection improvements, added travel lanes, rehabilitation/reconstruction of divided and non-divided roadways, rest areas, traffic signal modernizations, and trailways.
Wesley is very familiar with the federal-aid process of transportation projects and has worked with both local governments and INDOT officials to meet their transportation goals involving countless projects throughout Indiana.
